Step-by-step application for incoming Erasmus students
1. STEP: Eligibility
You should be a full-time student at your home university. There should be an Erasmus Bilateral Agreement between your home university and Varna Medical University. You should be nominated by your home university.
2. STEP: Nomination
Make sure that your University has informed the Erasmus Office of Varna Medical University about your Erasmus exchange in Varna before you have sent your Application documents.
3. STEP: Application
Please complete the following forms in order to be an Erasmus Student at Varna Medical University:
Take a look at our Academic calendar, when you determine your mobility period.
You should prepare your Learning agreement, which describes the programme of your study abroad. It should be prepared according to our Curriculum and signed by your home university. If you apply for a placement, you should prepare a Training agreement.
Send the documents by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and by regular post to the following address:

International Relations - Erasmus office

first semester and for the whole academic year: 30 MAY
second semester: 30 NOVEMBER
4. STEP: Acceptance Letter
We will then send your home university an "Acceptance Letter" by e-mail and regular post.
Please inform us about your arrival dates and visit the Erasmus Office after you have arrived to Varna.
Before leaving, you need to visit the Erasmus Office to get your Letter of endorsement and your Transcript.
