Lecturers, undergraduate and postgraduate students from MU-Varna presented their scientific developments at the 19th Annual Meeting of the International Society of Pharmacovigilanс e (ISoP), which took place in Bogota (the Republic of Colombia). The event was held from 26th to 29th October 2019.
The scientific forum is one of the greatest events worldwide in terms of pharmacovigilance issues. It enjoys high attendance, with more than 500 participants from over 80 countries taking part this year. The topics and problems discussed represent the most recent achievements in the field of pharmaceutical science.
The poster session included 147 posters by research teams from 28 countries that reflect the current trends in the development of pharmacovigilance (drug safety monitoring).
For the first time the research team at MU-Varna has presented its development related to the safety and risk assessment in the application of radiopharmaceuticals, which also appeared to be an innovative idea, which aroused the interest of many of the participants at the event.
