The interactive exhibition "The New Enlighteners" is to be opened in the lobby on the 3rd floor at Medical University - Varna. It includes non-standard scientific visualizations and concepts, developed in partnership between the Research Institute at Medical University - Varna and lecturers and students in the professional areas of Computer Sciences, Architecture, Arts at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar".
The opening of the exhibition is today, 6th December, at 3.30 pm. The exposition is located in the lobby, in front of the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology, on the third floor in the Rectorate at MU-Varna.
The exhibition will be on display at MU-Varna from 6th December 2019 to 10th January 2020.
The exposition presents images, visualizations, interactive installations, holographic and 3D models, created by scientists and students in the fields of Medicine, Computer Sciences, Astronomy, Architecture, Design, etc. Some of the images were created during a joint training between scientists and experts from the Department of Informatics at VFU and the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology at MU - Varna for analysis of biomedical images. The training was held at the beginning of September 2019, and it brought together students from Varna educational institutions with interests in science, students in Computer Sciences and Medicine, doctoral students and lecturers.
