Dr. Desislava Simeonova was born in Targovishte, where she completed her secondary education at a Specialized high school with foreign language studies. She graduated as a doctor at the end of 2018 from the Medical University of Varna. In 2024, she obtained a specialization in Rheumatology. Since 2024, she has been an assistant at the Department of Clinical Medical Sciences, Faculty of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of Varna.
Her interests are focused on early diagnosis, adequate monitoring, and treatment of patients with inflammatory and crystal-induced joint diseases, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and systemic connective tissue diseases.
