Dr. Izabella Peteva Petrova was born in 1992 in the city of Dobrich. In 2017, she graduated as a doctor of dental medicine at the Faculty of Dentistry, Medical University - Varna.
Since September 2017, she has been enrolled as a part-time assistant at the Department of Oral Surgery, and since March 2018, she has been a full-time assistant at the same department.
In the same year, she has been enrolled as a full-time doctoral student.
From 2019 to 2024, she was administrative assistant of the Department of Oral Surgery. Since the same year, she has also been a course supervisor for 3rd and 6th year students, English-language program.
In 2022, she defended a dissertation on the topic: “Examination of the mandibular canal course, using a three-dimensional radiography and a model of the mandible, reconstructed on 3D printer from CBCT", and received the educational and scientific degree "Doctor".
In 2023, she acquired the academic position of "chief assistant professor" in the Department of Oral Surgery.
Since 2017, she has been working as a dentist in the University Medical and Dental Center at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Medical University - Varna.

- Propedeutics of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery;
