Dr. Penkova was born on September 24, 1997, in Varna. She graduated from Third Natural Sciences and Mathematics High School "Acad. Metodiy Popov", specializing in Biology and Chemistry, in 2016 with excellent grades. In 2022, she graduated from the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna, earning a Master's degree in Dental Medicine. Since 2022, she has been a full-time Assistant Professor at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry within the Faculty of Dental Medicine at the Medical University - Varna. In May 2023, she began her specialization, and in December 2023, she was enrolled as a full-time PhD student. Since 2024 she has taken the position of administrative assistant for the Department of Pediatric dentistry.
She has led practical classes in the academic disciplines of Propedeutics of Pediatric Dentistry Dental Prevention and Clinic of Pediatric Dentistry
She is fluent in English.
She holds memberships in the Bulgarian Dental Association, the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria - Varna Branch, the National Association of Pediatric Dentists, and the International Association of Pediatric Dentistry.
