Lecturer Desislava Gesheva, Ph.D. in 2001 graduated from the Konstantin Preslavski University with a degree in "Teacher of Bulgarian Language and Literature and Russian Language and Literature" and obtained a Master's degree. In 2009, she graduated from the Vratsa Medical College, a branch of the Sofia Medical University with a OKS "professional bachelor" in the specialty "Medical cosmetics" and received a qualification in "Medical cosmetics". In 2024, she was awarded the ONS "doctor" from the VTU "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" on the topic "Technological model for a personality-oriented approach in the practical training of students in the specialty "Medical cosmetologist". Since 2012, he has been a lecturer at the Medical College - Varna in the Department of "Medical Cosmetology". He teaches the discipline "Medical Cosmetics" - practice and pre-graduate internship.

She is the author of over twenty publications in Bulgarian and foreign publications.
Co-author of a textbook related to her teaching activities and a collective monograph.
