She graduated with a degree in "Rehabilitator" from the PIM "Y. Filaretova" in Sofia in 1992. She obtained a Master's degree in the specialties: "Health Management" in 2000 and "Rehabilitation, Balneotherapy, Wellness and SPA" in 2016 at the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna.
She began her professional career as a rehabilitator in 1992.
Since 2012, she has been an Assistant Professor at the Department of "Rehabilitator" at the Medical College of MU - Varna. She participates in teaching the subjects: therapeutic massage and kinesitherapy to students in the "Rehabilitator" specialty.
In 2017, she successfully defended her dissertation on the topic: "Prevention of Spinal Deformities in Preschool Children" and obtained a PhD degree in the scientific specialty "Public Health Management".
In 2023, she acquired a specialty in "Public Health".
She has published a monograph on the topic "Modern Lifestyle and Functional Spinal Deformities".
She systematically enhances her professional skills and scientific interests. She has completed various courses and specializations related to her academic and professional development.
She participates in scientific events at national and international scientific forums. She has over 30 publications in national and foreign scientific journals. Her main scientific interests are in the field of health promotion, physical activity, and spinal deformities.
