He has many years of practical and managerial experience in the public sector, the non-governmental sector and private business.
In 2023, she acquired the educational and scientific degree of Doctor of Management in Professional Field 3.7 "Administration and Management" dissertation on the topic:
"Introduction of a model for managing social services through mobile teams for people at risk".

Her main professional and scientific interests are in the field of project management, management and organization of social services, social entrepreneurship, human resources management in the social sector, quality and efficiency of social services, supervision and prevention of burnout.
He is the author of publications in national and international scientific journals.
