She graduated from the Higher Medical Institute in Shumen with a specialty in "General Profile Nurse" in 1994. She obtained a Master's degree in the specialties:
- "Kinesitherapy" from Ruse University "Angel Kanchev" in 2000.
- "Healthcare Management" from Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna in 2013.
In 2022, she defended her dissertation on the topic: "Non-conventional methods for beneficial impact on human health and the training of healthcare professionals" for the award of the educational and scientific degree "Doctor" in the scientific specialty "Healthcare Management".
In 2022, she acquired a specialty in "Medical Pedagogy" at the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna.
She began her professional career as a nurse in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department in Shumen - 1994.
Her academic career began in 2001 as an Assistant Professor at the Medical College in Dobrich, and since 2006, she has been an Assistant Professor in the "Rehabilitator" Program at the Medical College - Varna, part of the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna.
She participates in teaching the disciplines "Kinesitherapy", "Ergotherapy and Ergonomics", "Therapeutic Massage", "Kinesiology", "Pathokinesiology", "Manual Muscle Testing", and "Zone Therapy" to students in the "Rehabilitator" specialty at the Medical College - Varna, and "Kinesitherapy" to students in the "Midwifery" specialty.
She has participated in teaching mobility under the Erasmus+ program in the Republic of Estonia.
