Dr. Adriana Hadzhieva-Hristova was born on January 3, 1991. She graduated from the Yoan Exarch Foreign Language High School in Varna with French and English. In 2017, she obtained a master's degree in medicine from the Medical University of Sofia. Since 2020, she has been a PhD candidate at the Medical University of Varna, working on the dissertation topic: “Septic and Critical Conditions in Children Admitted to the Intensive Care Unit: Clinical Profile, Early Diagnosis, and Prognosis."
In 2022, she successfully completed her residency in pediatrics at University Hospital “St. Marina" – Varna and obtained board certification in the specialty. She is currently practicing as a pediatrician in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit with First Pediatric Clinic at the same institution.
Her main clinical and research interests include pediatric pulmonology and intensive care medicine.
