Born in 1971 in the city of Silistra. He completed his secondary education at the 4th Language High School “Frédéric Joliot-Curie" in 1990. After that he graduated from the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" – Varna in 1998. In 1999 he became an assistant at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov". In 2003, he acquired a specialty in Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 2008 he became a senior assistant in the same department, and since 2018, he has held the position of Associate Professor.
From 2000 to 2017, Assoc. Prof. Kremen Tsvetkov worked as a doctor in the Maternity Ward of SBAGAL “Prof. Dr. D. Stamatov" – Varna, and from 2017 to 2020 he was head of the “Pregnancy Pathology" Department at the same hospital.
He is the author of a dissertation on “Testicular Biopsy in Infertile Men: Diagnostic and Clinical Aspects in Relation to Modern Reproductive Technologies," and has also published a monograph titled “Male Infertility and Assisted Reproductive Technologies." He has numerous publications in national and international journals and has participated in national and international conferences and congresses.
