Dr Lachezar Plachkov was born in 1996 in Varna, Bulgaria. He completed his secondary education in Fifth language school "Johan Exarch", Varna in 2015. In 2021 he graduated from the Medical University - "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna, Medicine. In 2022 he was appointed to the position of assistant professor and as a radiologist at the Clinic in Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology, UMHAT "St. Marina" - Varna.
