She
was born on 05.03.1986 in Varna. In 2011 graduated Medicine at Medical
University, Varna. From February 2012 was selected as an assistant in the
Department of Medical Genetics and from 2018 - as a chief assistant. She has a
master degree in the field of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology and a PhD in
2017 on the topic "Maternal biochemical screening as a method for prenatal
genetic prevention". She has attended courses in dysmorphology, basics of
medical genetics, oncogenetics, reproductive genetics in England, Italy, the
Netherlands, Turkey, Poland. Specialist in Medical Genetics since 2017. Head of
Laboratory of Medical genetics, University Hospital St. Marina Varna since
06.2019.
There
are 31 full-text publications and 53 published in abstract. Her scientific
interests are in the field of molecular-genetic methods for diagnosis of rare
genetic diseases and common socially significant diseases with hereditary
predisposition.
