Dr. Borislav Dimitrov Petrov was born in Varna on 18.04.1986. He completed his secondary education at the "Hristo Botev" High School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics - Popovo. He completed his higher medical education at the Medical University - Varna in 2011.
He began his work experience as a doctor at the Central Emergency Center - Varna in February 2012.
He was appointed to the position of doctor - resident in the Thoracic Surgery Clinic of the University Hospital "St. Marina" EAD - Varna in June 2015.
Since September 2017. he has been an assistant in thoracic surgery at the Medical University - Varna.
He is conducting a specialization in thoracic surgery at the Thoracic Surgery Clinic of the University Hospital "St. Marina" EAD - Varna in the period 01.07.2014 - 30.06.2019.
Since 2019. he has been a doctoral student in thoracic surgery. In 2019, he acquired a specialty in thoracic surgery.
He has strong scientific and practical interests in minimally invasive - thoracoscopic surgery, thyroid and breast surgery, and emergencies in thoracic surgery.
With a satisfactory accreditation rating in terms of teaching and scientific activity.
