Professor Enchev was born in 1975 in the town of Silistra. Graduated with full honors PMG "St. Kliment Ohridski, town of Silistra in 1994. In 2000 He graduated with full honors from the Medical University of Sofia and was awarded the "Golden Hippocrates" award and the right of cost-free residency by his choice. He specialized in the neurosurgical departments of the university hospitals of "Alexandrovska" and "St. Iv. Rilski" in Sofia.
Since 2006 he is a specialist in neurosurgery. In 2007 he completed his PhD on the subject "Application of neuronavigation in cranial neurosurgery" with scientific supervisor Prof. V. Busarski. Until February 2011, he wоrked as a specialist at the Neurosurgical Clinic of the university hospital "St. Iv. Rilski", led the Neurosurgical Circle and part-time assistant at the Department of Neurosurgery of the Medical University of Sofia.
Since March 2011 he is the Head of the newly established Department of Neurosurgery of the Iniversity Hospital "St. Marina", Varna, which later expanded into a Neurosurgery Clinic with the highest Third level of competence. Since July 2012, he is Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at the Department of ENT and Neurosurgery, MU- Varna. Since February 2016, he is Professor of Neurosurgery at the Department of ENT and Neurosurgery.
During the times he was a medical student, neurosurgical resident and neurosurgeon specialist, he performed long-term and short-term fellowships, courses, participations in congresses and symposia in a number of leading medical and in particular neurosurgical centers in Brazil, Spain, Egypt, Croatia, Italy, Georgia, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Japan, England, Scotland, France, Hungary, Monaco, Romania, Turkey, Korea, Taiwan, USA, Morocco, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Austria, Estonia and Australia.
