Dr. Kristina Pisina was born on April 12, 1998, in Ruse, Bulgaria. In 2017, she graduated with honors from the Geo Milev English Language High School in Ruse, with a focus on English and German.
In 2023, she completed her medical degree with distinction at the Medical University of Varna. During her studies, Dr. Pisina was actively involved as a student demonstrator at the Second Department of Internal Diseases, within the University Structure for Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases.
From February 2024 to March 2025, she worked as a physician at the Internal Medicine Department of St. Marina University Hospital and as an assistant professor at the Department of Propedeutics of Internal Diseases at the Medical University of Varna.
Since March 2025, after successfully passing the selection exam, Dr. Kristina Pisina was appointed as an assistant professor and endocrinology resident at the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases at St. Marina University Hospital in Varna.
