- Supervises
the legality of elections for governing bodies of the University and main
units and/or Affiliates within one month of their holding and reports to
the Academic Council on the results;
- Drafts
an opinion on the draft budget of the University and its implementation
and reports it to the Academic Council and the General Assembly;
- Participates
in the inspections under Art. 58a of the Higher Education Act;
- Reports
to the General Assembly of the University on its activities at least once
a year;
- Implements
its activities in accordance with its regulations, adopted by the General
Assembly of the University.

Act, Art. 47, item 5 of the Rules of Procedure of Medical University
