Born on June 12, 1963, in the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa.
In 1983, she graduated from Dr. Varban Genchev College of Nursing in Veliko Tarnovo with a degree in Nursing. In 1988, she obtained a professional qualification in Pedagogy, and in 1997, she earned a Master's degree in Social Activities and Health Insurance Systems from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo.
In 2018, she acquired a Master's degree in Healthcare Management from the Medical University of Varna.
From 1983 to 2007, she was a lecturer at the Medical College in Veliko Tarnovo. During the 2012-2013 academic year, she was a part-time lecturer in the Department of Healthcare at the Medical University of Pleven.
From 2009 to 2011, she served as the Head of the Regional Foster Care Center established under a UNICEF project.
From 2012 to 2015, she worked as a Chief Expert in the Directorate for Social Activities and Healthcare at Veliko Tarnovo Municipality.
Since March 2021, she has been a PhD trainee at the Medical University of Varna in the non-clinical speciality Public Health.
In May 2022, she defended her PhD dissertation titled Interaction of the Nurse with Families of Children with Disabilities in Providing Integrated Care, and was awarded the educational and scientific degree of Doctor.
She has participated in qualification courses, training, and seminars (with certificates).
In December 2022, she obtained a speciality in Public Health at the Medical University of Varna.
After successfully passing a competition in April 2023, she was appointed as Principal Lecturer at the Department of Healthcare.
