She was born on September 21, 1964. She graduated from the Sports School "Georgi S. Rakovski", Veliko Tarnovo as a rhythmic gymnastics competitor. In 1979, she acquired the title of "Master of Sports". She graduated from the National Sports Academy "Vassil Levski", Sofia in 1986. Since 1989, she has been a sports teacher at the Medical College - Varna, and since 2013, she has taught aerobics at the Medical University - Varna. She has scientific publications in the field of student sports.
