Dear students,
Concerning the organisation and conduct of education in Medical University - Varna under the introduced anti-epidemic measures, and in compliance with a new order by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Bulgaria (№ РД -01-20/15.01.2021 ),
the Rector of MU-Varna issued an Order (№Р-100-31/20.01.2021) concerning pre-graduation Internships and State examinations.
As of 25.01.2021:
1. Pre-graduation internships in all majors at the Medical University – Varna shall be conducted in attendance (face-to-face) format, taking into account the existing capabilities and the specifics of the respective disciplines, and in compliance with all anti-epidemic coronavirus prevention measures (COVID-19) introduced by Order of the Minister of Health applicable at the time of conducting the internship/training;
2. Student state examinations at the Medical University – Varna shall be conducted in attendance (face-to-face) format, and in compliance with all anti-epidemic coronavirus prevention measures (COVID-19) introduced by Order of the Minister of Health applicable at the time of conducting the state examination;
3. In the case of acting anti-epidemic measures limiting the free entry/movement/residence in the territory of the country, as well as other objective reasons, the pre-graduation internship/s and/or a state examination/s may be postponed or carried out in a different appropriate format after permission of the Dean based on a reasonable written request by the student.
