She graduated from the "Dr. Petar Beron" High School of Mathematics in Varna in 1991. She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Management European Administration from Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". Between 2014 and 2019, she worked at the Technical University of Varna as a technical assistant and expert at the Distance Learning Center. She has extensive experience in participating and administering research projects funded by the EU Framework Programme Horizon 2020, the Bulgarian National Science Fund, MUV Fund “Nauka" and the Operational Programme "Science and Education for Smart Growth" (OP SESG).
In recent years, her research and project management activities have focused on the advancement, organization, and effective management of simulation-based training in medicine. She has authored publications investigating the structuring, digitalization, and classification of simulation equipment used in the practical training of medical students and residents.
