Ivan Borisov Velikov was born on January 7, 1969.
In 1993, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski" in Sofia and obtained a Master's degree in Law.
In 2016, he won a competition for the position of “Assistant" in the field of Administrative Law.
Since November 2, 2016, he has been teaching as an assistant at the Department of Organization and Economics of Pharmacy at the Medical University “Prof. Dr. P. Stoyanov" in Varna. He conducts practical classes in civil, commercial, administrative, labor, and medical law.
