So far, there are 273 scientific papers, 36 of them related to the dissertation. The actual publications are 95, and 194 are the participations in national and international scientific forums. The dissertation work "Study on skin changes in exotoxic comas" thoroughly describes the clinical and histopathological characteristics of skin lesions in poisoning, indicates the risk factors for their occurrence, clarifies the pathogenetic relationship of skin lesions with the acute toxicological process and with the ability of skin tissues (mainly epidermis, sweat glands and hair follicles) to metabolize toxins, which leads to the observed damage to the epidermis, dermis and underlying muscles. In a clinical aspect, the study contributes to the association of skin dystrophic syndrome, not only with barbiturate intoxications (known so far), but also with a number of other psychotropic medications, pesticides, narcotic substances, alcohol, CO and other cerebrotoxic noxious agents. The remaining scientific publications are related to acute drug poisoning, various household poisons, poisoning with plants and animals. She leads a lecture course on marine toxicology at MU-Varna. A number of publications and communications relate to epidemiological and clinical studies related to narcotic substances, some treatment methods such as hyperbaric oxygenation in toxicological practice and evaluation of various extrarenal methods of detoxification.

She is the author of the monograph "Marine Toxicology, Poisonings with Food from the Sea and Incidents with Marine Animals", 2018, Steno Publishing House, Varna. It examines food poisoning with mollusks (mollusks), which cause paralytic, diarrheal, amnesic, neurological syndrome and azaspiracid poisoning. Fish poisonings (ciguatera, tetrodotoxin and histamine fish poisoning) are described. Incidents with marine animals (anemones, sponges, starfish, sea snakes, corals, sea cucumbers, jellyfish (cuboid, Portuguese frigate, Black Sea jellyfish), octopuses, shells, fish with poisonous spines (stonefish, lionfish, sea dragon, scorpionfish, sea buffalo), sea urchins were examined.

She participated in a project of MU-Varna - "Determination of marine biotoxins in mussels and plankton from the Black Sea", funded by the Science Fund at MU-Varna (2016-2019).

She is a co-author of three textbooks in the toxicology section: "Internal Diseases for Healthcare Professionals", editors M. Stamboliyska, D. Paskalev and D. Dimitrova, MU Publishing House Varna, 2018; section "Poisonings in Marine Practice. Poisonings from Touching, Stinging and Biting by Marine Animals in the World Ocean and the Black Sea", in the textbook "Marine Medicine" edited by D. Stavrev, MU Publishing House Varna, 2018; section "Toxicology" in "Guide to Marine Medicine" edited by Bozov Hr. VMA Publishing House Sofia, 2018.
