Биография

​Yordanka Eneva was born in the village of Yagnilo, Varna region. She graduated with a university degree in Physics and Mathematics Education from Shumen University “Bishop Konstantin Preslavski" in 1986. Until 2014, she worked as a physics and mathematics teacher in Varna and the surrounding region. She holds a First Professional and Qualification Degree as a Physics Teacher. In 1995, she completed a specialization in Astronomy — “Methodology of Teaching Physics and Astronomy." Since May 2014, she has been an Assistant in the Department of Physics and Biophysics at the Medical University of Varna. On September 4, 2020, she defended her dissertation entitled “Investigation of Eclipsing Binary Stars of the W UMa Type," earning the academic degree of Doctor of Astrophysics in the field of Physical Sciences (4.1). On June 3, 2021, she was appointed Senior Assistant. She also specialized in Biophysics. She has participated in seven scientific research projects and has served as leader and coordinator of thirteen education-oriented projects. She has authored over twenty publications, including articles in journals with Impact Factor (IF) and Science Global Ranking (SGR).​
