Born on August 27, 1964. in the city of Ruse. She graduated in Medicine from the Medical University - Varna in 1989. She obtained majors in "Nutrition and Dietetics " in 2003. and "Homeopathic Therapy" at the MU - Sofia in 2002. Since 2015. began his teaching activity as an assistant in the Department of Hygiene and Epidemiology at the MU "Prof. Dr. P. Stoyanov" - Varna. In 2019 defends a dissertation on a topic "Nutritional status of children with neuropsychiatric diseases and its relationship with the quality of life of parents and caregivers " and acquired the ONS "doctor", and from 2020 is a senior assistant at the same department. Performs the position of course supervisor of students from the Master's program "Protection and Control of Public Health" at the Health Ministry. She is the scientific supervisor of four specialists in "Nutrition and Dietetics " and a graduate of the Master's program "Public Health Protection and Control".
She worked at RHI-Varna as the Director of the "Health Control" Directorate until 2011. She has more than 23 qualification courses and trainings. In 2006 is undergoing training in Denmark in connection with the establishment of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency. From 2011 to 2014 performs the position of Head of the "Food Control" department at the newly created structure in the Regional Directorate for Food Safety - Varna. From 2014 to 2021, she worked in the Regional Center for Transfusion Hematology - Varna, and currently works in the "Preventive Medicine" Department at the Medical Academy.
The main and professional and scientific interests are in the field of nutritional status of children with neuropsychiatric disabilities, nutrition of children with specific dietary needs, early childhood development and food quality and safety.
There are over 22 scientific publications and 30 participations in national and international congresses and conferences related to nutrition and growth of children with neuropsychiatric disabilities, quality of life, organic foods.
