Dr. Lili Yordanova Yosifova, PhD, holds a Master's degree in Medicine (Medical University of Pleven, 2001). She specialized in "Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine" (Medical University of Varna, 2010). She underwent individual training in Social Medicine and Health Management (Medical University of Varna, 2011). She completed postgraduate qualification courses in "Laser Therapy" (Medical University of Sofia, 2012), "Electrodiagnosis and Electrostimulation" (Medical University of Sofia, 2012), "Post-isometric Relaxation" (Medical University of Sofia, 2013), and "Acupuncture" (Medical University of Sofia, 2013-2014).
She began her teaching career at the Department of Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Thalassotherapy at the Medical University of Varna in 2017 as an assistant professor. She is the course director of the Master's program "Rehabilitation, Thalassotherapy, Wellness, and SPA." In 2022, she defended her PhD on the topic "Study of the Effect of High-Energy Laser on Diabetic Sensorimotor Polyneuropathy."
Member of the Bulgarian Medical Association (BMA) and the Bulgarian Association of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (BAPRM).
