Assoc. Prof. Stanislava Bogomilova, PhD was born in Varna, Bulgaria. First awarded Professional Bachelor's Degree in “Rehabilitation" (Medical College at “Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" Medical University of Varna, 2009), then she defended Master's Degree in “Kinesiotherapy" (“Vasil Levski" National Sports Academy of Sofia, 2011). The Department of Kinesiotherapy at “Neofit Rilski" South-West University – Blagoevgrad awarded her the academic research degree of PhD in 2019. She attended and completed successfully training courses conducted under the Erasmus + programme (Riga, 2017 and Bursa, 2022) and qualification courses in manual lymphatic drainage and cupping therapy. She attended the international training course in cancer rehabilitation held at the Medical University of Varna in 2019. She has been an assistant professor at the Rehabilitation Training Sector of the Medical College, “Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" Medical University of Varna since 2014 where she teaches therapeutic massage and kinesitherapy and since 2018 she has been an assistant professor at the Kinesiotherapy. Training Sector, Department of Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Thalassotherapy and Occupational Diseases at the Faculty of Public Health of the Medical University of Varna. She is currently holding the academic position of an associate professor at the Department of Kinesiotherapy, Faculty of Public Health, Medical University of Varna.
