Tihomir Georgiev was born in Varna. Graduated from Technical University of Varna in 1995, majoring in Electronic Technology and Microelectronics.
Under the TEMPUS program, he took a course in biomedical engineering at the University of Patras, Greece.
In 2020 he was appointed as an assistant at the Department of Medical Equipment, Electronic and Information Technologies in Health Care at the Faculty of Public Health at the University of Varna.
