Application documents and selection process

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

The admission in the Programme is based on approved application documents

Applicants submit the following application documents within the application terms

1. Completed and signed application form​​
   
2. Certificate for recognition of acquired higher education at foreign institution.
3. Covered administrative application fee -30 EUR.
4. Copy of the higher education diploma or other equivalent document. The document must be legalized, translated into Bulgarian and certified in accordance with the provisions of the international treaties of the Republic of Bulgaria with the host/issuing state. In the absence of such provisions – the general procedure for legalization, translation and certification of documents and other papers is applicable.
5. Copy of the higher education diploma supplement /transcript of all studied disciplines/. The document must be legalized, translated into Bulgarian and certified in accordance with the provisions of the international treaties of the Republic of Bulgaria with the host/issuing state. In the absence of such provisions – the general procedure for legalization, translation and certification of documents and other papers is applicable.
6. Certificate/s for English language proficiency.
   
7. Document certifying a change in the applicant's name (s) (on the passport/ID and the Diploma), if applicable. The document must be legalized, translated into Bulgarian language.
   
8. A copy of valid ID of the applicant-only for validation​ 
   
9. Five recently-taken color photos /passport size/.

Application documents of the interested prospective students are submitted:

• Personally;

• by an authorized representative of the applicant (official power of attorney - apostilled (legalized) and translated into Bulgarian language is required);

Or

• sent by post to the Office of Admissions not later than the stated deadline.
