The Military Oath of the Military Physicians20 first-year students in the specialty “Military physician” took an oath on September 11th 2021. Together with the rest of their colleagues in the other specialties at the Higher Naval School, the future military doctors swore an oath to serve their fatherland in the presence of the Head of the Higher Naval School “N. Y. Vaptsarov” Fleet Admiral Prof. Boyan Mednikarov, PhD, Colonel Assoc. Prof. Ivan Popivanov – Deputy-Head of the Higher Military Academy and many other generals, admirals, rectors of universities as well as parents and friends. The studies of the first-year students have already started with their basic military training - physical and marching preparation, general tactics and training in several fundamental disciplines. The joint project of the Medical University “Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov” – Varna, the Military Academy in Sofia and the Higher Naval School “N. Y. Vaptsarov” has been successfully implemented for fifth consecutive year.
