To mark the anniversary of the birth of Lithuanian scholar Dr. Jonas Basanavičius, the Museum of the History of Medicine will present a temporary exhibition highlighting his involvement in the activities of the Varna Medical Society.
The exhibition will showcase key facts about his life and work. On 23 November, a film produced by Lithuanian National Television with the support of the Medical University of Varna will also be screened on the museum’s monitors.
