Mariya Tsvetkova, PhD was born in Varna on December 11, 1975. She gained her bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" in 2003. In 2006, she graduated from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" as a Master in Molecular Biology. Since March 2004, she has worked as a biologist in the department of Medical genetics and the Laboratory of Medical genetics at University Hospital "St. Marina", Varna.
She
has 10 full-text publications and has over 20 abstract publications from
different national and foreign conferences.
Mariya Tsvetkova is a member of the Bulgarian Society of Human Genetics.
