Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirma Todorova Angelova DMD, PhD

In 1999 Sirma Angelova graduated from a Foreign Language high school, with an English language and a German language profiles. In 2005 she gained an educational-qualification Master degree of International Finances at the University of Economics in Varna, under a joint program with the Institute of Economics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. In 2011 Angelova acquired a Master Degree of Dental Medicine at the Medical University-Varna. From 2011 to 2018 she worked as an Assistant-Professor at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Medical University-Varna. In 2015 Angelova gained a Certificate of Specialization at Pediatric Dentistry. In 2017 she gained a postgraduate degree with the independent research: “Caries Risk Assessment and Prevention in Children Suffering from Some Renal Disorders". From March 2018 to March 2024 Angelova worked as a Chief Assistant- Professor at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Medical University-Varna. In 2019 was issued the monograph entitled: “Epigenetic and Genetic Aspects of Oral Health in Children with Pyelonephritis" authored by Sirma Todorova Angelova. In 2024 she acquired the academic degree of Associate Professor at Pediatric Dentistry, at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Medical University “Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov"-Varna.
