Dr. Georgieva was born on January 3, 1989, in Veliko Tarnovo, located within the region. In 2008, she completed her secondary education at "Vasil Drumev" Preparatory School in Veliko Tarnovo, specializing in chemistry, biology, and English. In 2014, she obtained her Master of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of Varna, graduating at the top of her class. Following this, in 2015, Dr. Georgieva served as a part-time assistant at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry within the Faculty of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of Varna. Since 2016, she has held a full-time position as an assistant within the same department. From 2016 to 2018, she participated in doctoral studies through an independent training program affiliated with the department. In 2018, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation, “Indirect Aesthetic Restorations Using CAD-CAM Technologies in the Permanent Teeth of Children." Since 2019, she has served as Chief Assistant Professor at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry in Varna. Additionally, since 2020, she has held the title of Associate Professor in Higher Education within the same department. As of 2024, she has assumed the role of head of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry in Varna, where she supervises doctoral students and specialists in Pediatric Dentistry. She has also published a monograph titled "Main Problems in Pediatric Dentistry: Restoration of Severely Decayed Children's Teeth" and has authored over 30 scientific publications. There are more than 106 citations in Bulgarian and international publications. She actively participates in numerous scientific forums and events. Dr. Georgieva demonstrates proficiency in English, Russian, and Bulgarian.
