Born on May 28, 1969, in Varna. Graduated from PMI - I. P. Pavlov, Ruse with a specialization in "Medical Assistant." Worked at the Emergency Medical Service in Dobrich from 1991 to 1997. Holds two master's degrees in "Psychology" and "Health Care Management." Since 1997, he has been part of the RHI system in Dobrich and Varna. Since March 2015, he has been an assistant in the Public Health Inspector department at the Medical College in Varna. In 2019, he defended his doctoral degree. Since the same year, he has been an associate professor in the Public Health Inspector department at the Medical College in Varna, part of the Medical University "Prof. Paraskev Stoyanov" in Varna.
