He was born in 1975 in in Komotiniˏ Greece. He graduated in Medicine at Medical University of Varna in 2008. Since 2017 he is a visiting assistant professor of infectious diseases at the Department of Infectious Diseases, Parasitology and Dermatovenereology, and since 2018 he is a full-time assistant professor. He obtained her specialty in infectious diseases in 2014. He specialized in clinical homeopathy at the European School of Clinical Homeopathy in 2015. He is enrolled in a PhD program in infectious diseases in 2020.
Dr Kozmidis's main professional and research interests are in the field of HIV/AIDS and neuroinfections. He has participated in numerous international and national scientific forums.
