Born on July 14, 1983, in Silistra, Bulgaria. Graduated higher medical degree in 2008 from the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" – Varna.
Professional experience:
Worked at the Emergency Medical Services (EMS), the Emergency Department of St. Anna General Hospital and the University Hospital St. Marina in Varna.
Since 2013, has been working at the Clinic of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at University Hospital St. Marina – Varna.
From 2014 is an assistant at the department of Anesthesiology, Emergency and Intensive Care at the Medical University "Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov", Varna
In 2017, obtained a medical specialty in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care.
In 2022, successfully defended a doctoral dissertation on the topic ,, Intraoperative and postoperative analgesia with TAP-block in patients with lower midline laparotomy'' and was awarded the academic degree of PhD.
Clinical and research interests
Has experience in anesthesia for dental procedures, robot-assisted surgery, as well as in emergency and urgent care units, water and helicopter rescue.
Professional interests include pain management and regional anesthesia techniques, ultrasound in emergency situations, and its applications in anesthesiology and intensive care.
He has completed additional training courses in Italy, Spain, the Czech Republic, and Romania.
He teaches the subjects "Anesthesiology and Intensive Care", "Emergency Medicine", and "Professional Conduct in Coastal Incident Situations" at the Medical University – Varna.
