Dr. Mariya Penkova graduated Medical University of Varna with honors in 2016. In October 2018 she become a residency in Oncology clinic in UMHAT “Sveta Marina" – Varna. Following a successful passing of competitive exam, she was selected as full-time assistant at Department of Oncology.
In 2024 she acquired PHD in Oncology. The topic of dissertation was: "Expression of markers for tumor reversion in colorectal carcinoma".
