The registration will be closed on 31 October, 2025.
- The total number of registrations will be limited to 50 (first come first serve basis).
- The registration form includes an option to submit an abstract, the guidelines for which are in the form.
- Selected abstracts will be invited for short-talks. The presenting co-author of each of these abstracts will receive a travel and an accommodation grant covering 100% of their travel and accommodation expenses.
- Abstracts will be accepted under the condition that at least one co-author is registered for the meeting.
- All confirmed registered participants will receive conference materials without fee.
ABSTRACTS
• Abstracts can be submitted during the filling of the registration form.
• The abstract guidelines are in the form.
• There will be no posters. Selected abstracts will be invited for short-talks.
