He was born on January 17th, 1950, in the village of Voditsa, Targovishte region. He graduated with a degree in Classical Philology from Sofia University. Since 2005, he has been a lecturer in Latin at the Department of Foreign Language Teaching, Communication, and Sports at the University of Medicine - Varna.
He has five publications and has participated in scientific conferences. He is also the author of two Latin textbooks published for the programs in Dental Medicine and Medicine at the Medical University – Varna.
