Investigation of pathogenic mechanisms in lupus nephritis and searching for new biomarkers in the disease, including autoantibodies against complement components and its regulators.
Investigation the dynamics in the expression levels of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) in patients with solid tumors; Investigation the presence of SNPs in non-coding RNA genes and their role as diagnostic, prognostic and predictive factors in patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer.
Investigation and evaluation the role of novel bone molecular biomarkers in the development of bone disease in multiple myeloma.
