The Third Class of Affiliate – Shumen Has Graduated

The third class of nurses and midwives from the Affiliate in Shumen has graduated at a solemn ceremony. 21 nurses and 20 midwives completed their four-year training. "I am honored to congratulate you on your graduation in the year marking the 60th anniversary of the establishment of Varna Medical University", said the greeting address of the Rector Prof. Dr. Valentin Ignatov, read to the graduates by the director of the Affiliate Prof. Sonya Toncheva. Greeting addresses were received from Lyubomir Hristov - Mayor of Shumen, Milka Vasileva – Chairperson of the Bulgarian Association of Healthcare Professionals (BAHP), and Prof. Sylvia Borisova – Head of the Department of Healthcare at Medical University – Varna.
