Born in the city of Varna in 1979. Graduated from the "St. Kliment Ohridski" High School, Silistra in 1997 and Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov", Varna, specialty "medicine", in 2003. In 2006 she was elected as an assistant professor at the Department of Anatomy, Histology and Embryology at Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov", Varna. She acquired a specialty in "Anatomy, histology and cytology" in 2009. In 2015, she obtained the scientific degree "doctor" with a dissertation on the topic: "Analysis of progenitor cells during the development of the human pallium".
Over 20 publications and many participations in scientific congresses. Main research interests are in neurogenesis and anatomical variation.
