A delegation from Inholland University from the Netherlands visited the Department of Logopaedia and Medical Pedagogy at the Faculty of Public Health of MU-Varna on 10 April 2024. The visit took place under a cooperation programme of Varna Municipality between the twin cities of Varna and Dordrecht.
Students and lecturers from both universities presented their institutions, curricula and programmes, as well as their practical training facilities. The Head of the Department of Logopaedia and Medical Pedagogy Assoc. Prof. Zhivko Zhekov presented the Bachelor's and Master's programmes in Logopaedia and Clinical Logopaedia. Students were given the opportunity to exchange information on the forms and methods of education in their specialities.
The Head of the Department of International Cooperation Assoc. Prof. Aneta Dokova presented the structure of Medical University-Varna, and a mutual agreement was reached for signing a future agreement for the exchange of students and lecturers under the Erasmus+ Programme.
The representatives of Varna Municipality expressed their gratitude for the cooperation, professionalism and warm reception of the foreign guests.
