Full and detailed information on the opportunities for applying to MU-Varna, new reference books with deadlines, documents and exams were presented during the Forum of Higher Education Institutions, which was held at the First Language High School. The event brought together representatives of the six higher education institutions in the sea capital. “The reason for holding the prospective student exchange is the celebration of the 145th anniversary of the founding of the First Men's High School and the 60th jubilee of the opening of the First Language High School," explained the headmaster of the school Mr. Angel Mitev.
The participants in the forum were congratulated by Prof. Dr. Dimitar Raykov - Rector of Medical University–Varna and Prof. Dr. Albena Kerekovska - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, who are alumni of the First Language High School. Currently, more than 260 students at MU have graduated from the First Language High School, with the greatest interest traditionally being expressed to the programmes of Medicine, Dental Medicine and Pharmacy.
During the meeting, the higher education institutions of Varna highlighted the opportunities they provide to prospective students. The prospective student exchange attracted not only high school graduates. Students from 10th and 11th grades also had a browse at the stands to gather information and facilitate their choice of professional career.
