The XVIIth International Congress of Colorectal Surgery will be held online on 10th October 2021 at 8:00.
Taking into consideration the dynamically changing international situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the congress will be held for the first time in an innovative form, unique for Bulgaria and the world - offline, on-demand.
The forum is one of the events that will be dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the foundation of Varna Medical University and the 35th anniversary of the University hospital "St. Marina" - Varna.
The main topic of the current congress is "Robotic Colorectal Surgery". Distinguished international specialists will have the opportunity to present their research. Within the framework of the congress, online training courses are also planned, and will be additionally announced along with the final program of the event.
According to the organizing committee, the project will be left open for participation so that those who wish to present their research papers on "Robotic Surgery" can take advantage of the unique opportunities of the platform.
An online course "Introduction to Robotic Surgery" is planned in two parts for students and young physicians. Participants will receive a certificate from the Medical University - Varna.
