The Seventh Festival "Sea and Health", which for the second year in a row is held online, was launched on 21 May. Organiser of the event is the Faculty of Public Health at MU – Varna.
The traditional scientific conference marked the beginning of this year's festival activities. 39 reports were presented by 67 students from the programmes of Medicine and Health Management, and each presenter was awarded with a certificate of participation.
"Sea and Health 2021" online cinema theatre was launched on 22 May in the program of University television MU-Vi.Tv. It includes the films "The Green Devils of Varna" - telling about the Lifeguard Service in the city, and a documentary - dedicated to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Stamat Stamatov.
Online photo exhibition entitled "The Sea in My Eyes" opens today (25th May) at 11:30 a.m. It is aimed at supporting the creative potential of disadvantaged people.
Specialists from TS Kinesitherapy at MU – Varna present a program of effective exercises to enhance overall physical well-being or alleviate different conditions at 1:30 p.m., within the video series "Therapeutic Gymnastics on the Seashore".
At 3:00 p.m. sharp, the spectators will be able to enjoy the students' talents and creativity presented in the "Dance with the Sea" Contest.
Specialists from TS Kinesitherapy at MU – Varna demonstrate effective exercises with therapeutic and preventive effect on 28 May at 10:00 a.m., in front of the Beach Bar of Azalia Hotel Balneo & SPA. Through their help, all participants will have the chance to improve their mobility and overall physical wellbeing. The event is being held with the support of Sts. Constantine and Helena Resort, Azalia Hotel.
