A seminar entitled “Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Treatment and Public Health Programmes Aimed at the Prevention of Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases" was organised by MU–Varna from 10 to 12 June 2026, with Dr. Tallys Feldens from Sant' Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa (Italy), as the lead lecturer. The event took place from 10 to 12 June at the building of the Regional Health Inspectorate–Varna, in Panorama 2 Hall.
The programme combined theory and practical exercises, involving analyses of real-world examples, decision-tree exercises, and applications of health-economic methods. The seminar was targeted at developing evidence-based decision-making skills in the field of public health and chronic disease management.
