Medical University–Varna would like to inform its medical residents and young specialists on the new admission procedure for the international educational programmes of Open Medical Institute (OMI).
These prestigious training programmes are targeted primarily at residents in the final years of their education, and young specialists who have recently acquired their speciality qualification and wish to expand their international clinical and academic experience.

- Drug Policy III (29 November – 5 December 2026)
- Paediatric Infectious Diseases (6–12 December 2026)
- Clinical Research Methods (13–19 December 2026)
The courses are conducted with the participation of leading international lecturers from institutions such as Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Weill Cornell Medicine, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre, Hospital for Special Surgery, Medical University of Vienna and Medical University of Graz.
The application procedure has been significantly simplified, and for the approved participants, all participation expenses are fully covered by the organisers, making the programme an exceptional opportunity for professional development and international exchange.
📌 The application procedure deadline for most of the courses is 31 May 2026.
